This session is a space for commissioners to hear about and explore developing a market position statement for housing with support.

Overview

This masterclass will be led by Sean Cocking, Programme Manager at the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB). It will explore how the region has worked collaboratively to shape housing with support for older people and those with complex care needs.

It will explore how the ICB has:

• brought together partners from housing, health, and social care
• built a shared understanding of need, demand, and supply to create a strong evidence base
• turned evidence into a commissioning document for older people and those needing complex care
• delivered on the ambitions set out in its Market Position Statement.
