As part of the Health Mission Shifts and ΢΢²ÝÊÓƵ’s Workforce Upskilling programme, we're running four surveys to better understand current skills, confidence and future training needs across adult social care in England.
We want to hear from people working across the sector, including care workers, individual employers, personal assistants, senior carers, team leaders, registered managers and deputy managers.
Your feedback will help ΢΢²ÝÊÓƵ build a clearer picture of skills gaps and identify where further training, qualifications and support may be needed over the next three years.
